At The Holy Oil, we understand that receiving your premium extra virgin olive oil quickly and in perfect condition is important to you. We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure our products arrive fresh and ready to enhance your culinary creations.

United States Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including:
- Continental United States (48 states)
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands)
Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may take additional time and may incur extra shipping charges.
International Shipping
At this time, we offer limited international shipping to select countries. Please contact us at shipping@theholyoil.co to inquire about international shipping availability and rates for your location.

- Cost: $7.99 for orders under $75
- Carrier: USPS or UPS Ground
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: $14.99
- Carrier: UPS 2-Day or FedEx Express
Priority Overnight
- Delivery Time: 1 business day
- Cost: $29.99
- Carrier: UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority
Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75! This offer applies to:
- Continental United States addresses only
- Standard shipping method only
- Cannot be combined with other promotions
Subscription orders automatically qualify for free shipping on qualifying amounts.
Order Processing
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday
- Holidays: Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive:
- Order Confirmation Email: Immediately after purchase, confirming your order details
- Shipping Confirmation Email: Once your order ships, including tracking information
- Delivery Notification: When your package is out for delivery (carrier dependent)
Packaging & Protection
We take extra care to ensure your olive oil arrives in perfect condition:
- Protective Wrapping: Each bottle is individually wrapped with protective materials
- Secure Boxing: Products are placed in sturdy corrugated boxes with cushioning
- Temperature Considerations: During extreme weather, we may use insulated packaging or delay shipments
- Leak Protection: Bottles are sealed and protected against leakage during transit
Weather Delays
To protect the quality of your extra virgin olive oil, we may delay shipments during:
- Extreme Heat: When temperatures exceed 95°F (35°C) at origin or destination
- Extreme Cold: When temperatures drop below 32°F (0°C) at origin or destination
- Severe Weather: During hurricanes, snowstorms, or other severe weather events
We will notify you by email if your order is affected by weather delays. Olive oil exposed to extreme temperatures may affect quality, so we prioritize product integrity.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package online
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account at theholyoil.co
- Visiting the carrier's website with your tracking number
- Contacting our customer service team
Delivery Issues
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or missing:
- Check the tracking information for the latest status
- Contact the carrier directly for detailed information
- If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after ordering:

- Changes can only be made before the order ships
- Address changes after shipping may incur additional fees
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all original packaging for inspection
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
Subscription Shipping
For subscription customers:
- Orders ship automatically on your selected schedule
- You will receive shipping notifications before each shipment
- Subscription orders qualify for free shipping on orders over $75
- You can pause, skip, or modify shipments through your account
- Changes must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled ship date
P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to:
- P.O. Boxes: Yes, via USPS
- APO/FPO: Yes, via USPS Priority Mail
Please note that expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
